Principal Consultant - Audiovisual

About the Position The Principal, Consultant is a senior-level technical leader responsible for delivering complex, multi-discipline projects and serving as a trusted subject matter expert within your discipline. You may serve as the Project Lead on selected projects, where you’ll be accountable for delivering work profitably, maintaining alignment with scope, and evaluating project health regularly to identify risks early and keep work on track. You’ll lead discipline-specific design efforts, elevate quality, and ensure coordinated, high-performance project delivery across teams. You’ll document client-specific processes and deviations from TEECOM standards to support onboarding, delegation, and consistent delivery. You’ll strengthen TEECOM’s foundations by modeling best practices, contributing to discipline documentation, authoring Pull Requests, and supporting improvements to tools, standards, and workflows. You’ll collaborate closely with Group Leads, Team Leads to ensure consistent application of standards and to resolve challenges.
