You’ll be joining ZOE’s small but mighty Performance Marketing team; a team passionate about positively impacting the health of millions by scaling ZOE's products efficiently through our paid marketing channels. Working alongside our Website, Growth Marketing, Creative, Analytics, and Legal teams, you will use performance insights and audience behaviour to shape high-impact paid social concepts, turning learnings into clear creative direction and guiding teams to execute ideas that drive results. 🚀 THE BIG PICTURE - Own creating and briefing ads that perform - this includes owning the weekly and monthly creative planning cycle, developing fresh briefs and concepts for stakeholders such as creators, video editors and designers - Translate data into creative direction—optimising concepts, briefs, and outputs based on what actually converts.
