Payroll Analyst (Temp)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Payroll Analyst (Temp) based in Canada. This temporary role supports the North American payroll function, processing payroll for more than 700 full-time and part-time employees as well as contingent and freelance teams.You will manage both bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll activities across the US and Canada, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.The role offers an opportunity to work closely with HR, Finance, international payroll teams, and other cross-functional partners.You will contribute to payroll analysis, audits, reconciliations, compliance reviews, and ongoing improvements to payroll processes and systems.The position is well suited to someone analytical, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable handling highly confidential employee information.You will also have the opportunity to support process documentation, system implementations, payroll tax registrations, and other operational projects.The role operates in a collaborative environment where reliability, continuous improvement, and a strong employee experience are hi...
