Accounting Manager II

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Accounting Manager II based in India. This is a senior accounting leadership opportunity for an experienced finance professional to oversee end-to-end accounting operations across multiple regions or countries. You’ll lead a team of accounting professionals while ensuring financial reporting, controls, and compliance requirements are consistently met. The role combines people leadership with hands-on oversight of close activities, reconciliations, payroll accounting, fixed assets, cash management, expenses, and intercompany transactions. You’ll act as a key escalation point for complex accounting matters and partner closely with Controllers and business leaders. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and process improvements. It is well suited to an organized, proactive accounting leader who can thrive in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
