Partner Operations Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Partner Operations Manager based in United States. As a Partner Operations Manager, you will lead and develop a team of approximately 10–12 Partner Operations Associates and Senior Associates supporting critical healthcare operations. You will combine people leadership, operational oversight, coaching, and performance management to ensure consistent, high-quality customer outcomes. Working closely with operational leads and senior leadership, you will help shape staffing, training, workforce planning, and organizational development. You will monitor team performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and address challenges proactively. A limited individual caseload will keep you connected to day-to-day workflows and evolving payer requirements. This role is ideal for a people-focused healthcare operations leader who thrives in a changing environment and is comfortable balancing established processes with AI-powered technologies.
