Operations Manager, Global Strategic Accounts

Our partner is looking for an Operations Manager, Global Strategic Accounts based in the United States. As an Operations Manager, Global Strategic Accounts, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of a large-scale global employee well-being program. You will manage a distributed team of Wellbeing Coordinators and oversee contract Health Coaches to ensure consistent, high-quality service across regions and time zones. Working closely with program leadership and client stakeholders, you will translate strategic roadmaps into actionable delivery plans and operational priorities. You will oversee team performance, scheduling, resource allocation, and coaching assignments while maintaining clear service standards. Through data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement, you will enhance program efficiency and participant experiences.
