The team builds the reporting, processes, systems, and operating rhythms that help recruiters, sourcers, coordinators, and hiring leaders make better decisions and execute more effectively. About the Role We’re looking for a Recruiting Operations Analyst to support the Research Recruiting Operations and Programs Lead with a mix of data analysis, program management, and day-to-day operational execution. This person will help maintain core recruiting reporting, identify trends and gaps across the team, support process improvements, and keep operational projects moving. They will also help the team use AI tools thoughtfully to automate manual work, improve analysis, and make recruiting operations more efficient and scalable.
