Mobile Software Engineer, Growth & Experimentation

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Mobile Software Engineer, Growth & Experimentation based in India. This role combines strong mobile engineering with hands-on product experimentation and growth. You will build, ship, and improve production mobile applications while identifying opportunities across onboarding, activation, retention, conversion, and monetization. You will work close to the problem, helping determine what to build, what to test, and how to measure success. The role offers significant ownership, direct exposure to product and business leadership, and the opportunity to turn data and user behavior into meaningful product decisions. You will collaborate in a highly remote, fast-moving environment where engineering quality and speed of learning are equally important.
