Our partner is looking for a Tech Leader de Governança e Administração de Identidades (IGA) based in Brazil. This is a strategic technology leadership role within Information Security, focused on strengthening identity and access governance across the organization.You will lead the strategy, architecture, and execution of IGA/IAM processes, balancing security, compliance, and operational agility.The role covers the full identity lifecycle, from onboarding and access changes to offboarding and periodic recertification.You will influence security practices across technology and business teams while serving as a technical and strategic reference.The position offers an opportunity to mature controls around RBAC, SoD, SSO, MFA, PAM, and related identity technologies.You will also contribute to regulatory compliance, audits, risk management, and the continuous improvement of security processes.The role is fully remote, with a collaborative and fast-paced environment that values initiative, analytical thinking, and innovation.
