About the Role: As a Media Buyer at Mindvalley, youβll drive the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns that fuel our global growth. Youβll own campaign performance, leverage AI-driven solutions, and collaborate closely with creative and funnel teams to deliver high-impact results across multiple platforms. What youβll do: - Launch, manage, and scale paid social campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, focusing on new customer acquisition via VSL and webinar funnels - Propose and execute structured A/B tests on hooks, copy, creatives, audiences, and campaign structures - Monitor and optimize key metrics (CTR, CPM, CVR, CPA, ROAS) to inform scaling decisions - Collaborate with creative, funnel, and product teams to align messaging and creative direction - Translate funnel objectives into actionable creative briefs and performance-driven ad concepts - Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across pixels, Conversions API, and GA4 - Maintain campaign dashboards and deliver weekly performance insights and recommendations - Act as a feedback engine for creative teams, identifying winning angles and escalating learnings - Stay ahead of platform trends,
