Lambda, Inc seeks a Materials Lead in San Jose, CA to be responsible for improving inventory accuracy across systems and physical counts by applying quantitative analysis and process engineering methods. What You’ll Do - Collaborate with the Logistics department to improve productivity and ensure timely availability of high-value materials ($10M+ scale). - Devise methods for improving utilization of materials and oversee daily reconciliations and variance resolution, ensuring production problems or other issues are resolved. - Lead root cause analysis of discrepancies and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
