Our partner is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist – Direct Response (GoHighLevel / ActiveCampaign) based in South Africa. As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a central role in keeping a fast-growing, performance-driven digital marketing operation organized, efficient, and accountable. You will oversee reporting, campaign workflows, quality assurance, funnel builds, email automations, and creative production coordination. Working closely with the Head of Growth and direct response marketing team, you will turn marketing strategies into well-executed campaigns backed by accurate data and reliable processes. You will build and maintain the systems, dashboards, and procedures that enable the team to scale without operational bottlenecks. This hands-on role also offers the opportunity to leverage AI tools and automation to streamline repetitive tasks and improve productivity. As the first dedicated specialist in this function, you will have significant ownership in shaping operational standards and building scalable systems for long-term growth.
