Market Access Director - Strategic Account Management

Our partner is looking for a Market Access Director - Strategic Account Management based in Brazil. This senior leadership role will shape and lead the strategic account management agenda across Brazil, connecting market access strategy, commercial execution, and customer engagement. You will translate portfolio priorities into focused account strategies and sustainable business and patient-access outcomes. The role combines national-level strategy with executive customer engagement, complex negotiations, and innovative commercial models. You will lead a multidisciplinary team spanning public access, private accounts, negotiations, and access innovation. Working across a complex, matrix environment, you will mobilize stakeholders and drive organizational transformation. Your leadership will help strengthen strategic partnerships, expand access, and improve execution across public and private healthcare accounts.
