The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager supports Mercy Care’s financial performance through detailed reporting, variance analysis, and strategic insight and is responsible for driving financial performance through planning, reporting, and strategic analysis. This role partners with business and finance leadership to provide insights into financial results, support budgeting and forecasting processes, managing and reporting Scorable Action Items (SAI), and identify risks and opportunities that impact organizational performance.
The FP&A Manager oversees financial reporting activities, leads variance analysis, and ensures accurate and timely delivery of financial information. They play a key role in month-end close support, financial modeling, and ad hoc analysis, while also contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency, control, and data quality.
Additionally, the FP&A Manager serves as a strategic advisor to leadership by translating financial data into actionable insights, supporting decision-making, and aligning financial outcomes with business objectives.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$54,300.00 - $132,600.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
