As a Management & Technology Consulting Operations Manager, you will play a hands-on role in strengthening and scaling internal business operations within a fast-moving consulting environment. You will partner closely with Operations and IT leadership to improve processes, systems, reporting, security, and technology initiatives. The role spans strategy and execution, giving you the opportunity to identify inefficiencies and personally drive solutions from concept through implementation. You will lead cross-functional projects, manage vendors and technology lifecycles, and support governance and risk initiatives. You will also explore AI and agentic workflows to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
