Lead Project Manager - Substation & Transmission

Our partner is looking for a Lead Project Manager – Substation & Transmission based in the United States. The Lead Project Manager will oversee the execution of multiple transmission, substation, and distribution projects, guiding complex capital initiatives from initial planning through final closeout. This leadership role combines project delivery, contract administration, resource planning, and stakeholder management to ensure projects meet safety, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with clients, internal departments, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle. The role also involves managing construction risks, monitoring performance indicators, and resolving issues to maintain project momentum and client satisfaction. Success requires strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects. This is a remote position within the United States, with approximately 10–25% domestic travel.
