The Lead Enterprise Applications Analyst will serve as a senior technical leader responsible for designing and optimizing enterprise recruiting technology solutions. With a primary focus on Workday Recruiting, the role will connect talent acquisition strategy with scalable, reliable, and data-driven system capabilities. You will translate complex recruiting challenges into efficient workflows, integrations, automation, and system improvements. The role works closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-impact initiatives. You will also leverage AI to improve recruiting operations, accelerate delivery, and strengthen data-driven decision-making.
