Junior Quality Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE The Junior Quality Specialist supports the quality assurance process to ensure websites are accurate, functional, visually consistent, and aligned with Luxury Presence standards. You review websites using established QA guidelines and checklists, identifying and documenting issues before they reach the client. This is an entry-level role focused on developing strong attention to detail, design judgment, and technical QA skills while learning from experienced team members. WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Quality Assurance Website QA: Review websites for content accuracy, functionality, design consistency, responsiveness, and completeness using established QA checklists. Quality Standards: Follow QA processes to identify, document, and report issues clearly for efficient resolution. Issue Identification: Flag missing content, formatting inconsistencies, broken links, visual issues, and potential compliance concerns, escalating complex findings when needed.
