IT Support Engineer

Join a fast-paced, globally distributed IT team supporting employees across a technology-driven organization.You’ll play a hands-on role in keeping day-to-day technology operations reliable, secure, and seamless for users.The position combines Tier 1 and Tier 2 support with IT operations, employee onboarding and offboarding, and access administration.You’ll help manage Mac and Windows devices while working with identity, endpoint management, and collaboration tools.The role also offers an opportunity to improve processes, document best practices, and build scalable internal IT systems.You’ll work independently in a lean environment where proactive problem-solving, security, and reliability are highly valued.
