Investment Operations Associate

ABOUT PAVE BANK: Pave Bank is the world’s first programmable business bank. THE ROLE You will run the day-to-day back office for the investment business: processing client transactions from instruction through to settlement, keeping position and cash records accurate, and producing the reporting our institutional clients rely on. You will work closely with Finance, Compliance and the Bank's external counterparties, and report to the Head of Asset Management. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Process client transactions across their full lifecycle, from instruction and confirmation through to settlement and maturity. - Reconcile positions and cash daily against counterparty records, and investigate and clear breaks. - Calculate month-end client yield and fee accruals, and reconcile them to counterparty reporting. - Prepare monthly client statements, with a four-eyes check before release. - Support the Bank's collateral custody service, including asset movements, client instructions and periodic reporting. - Maintain clien...
