As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for turning new customer partnerships into successful, launch-ready operations.You will lead onboarding projects from kickoff through go-live, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, technical requirements, and operational readiness.The role combines implementation project management with hands-on client training and enablement.You will help veterinary practice teams understand new care-plan workflows and confidently incorporate them into their day-to-day operations.Working closely with Hospital Success, Engineering, Support, Product, vendors, and client teams, you will ensure every launch is coordinated and thoroughly validated.This is a highly visible role where your work directly influences customer experience, operational scalability, and the success of new hospital launches.The position is ideal for an organized, proactive professional who enjoys building processes, solving problems, and making complex implementations feel seamless.
