Guest Communications Coordinator

This role is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and engaging communications to guests across a portfolio of destination events, artist tours, and VIP programs. You will manage high-volume outreach through email, SMS, and app notifications, ensuring every message is clear, polished, and delivered to the right audience. The position combines hands-on campaign execution, meticulous quality assurance, guest communication, and operational coordination. You will work closely with operations, ticketing, program managers, and artist services teams to support guests throughout their event experience. Because live events can change quickly, you will also play an important role in handling urgent, time-sensitive communications outside standard business hours.
