Global Accounting Operations Specialist

The Role: The Global Accounting Operations Specialist supports accounts receivable operations across the Company's global entities, with primary responsibility for customer cash applications and other accounting operational tasks. This role ensures customer payments are accurately and timely applied across multiple entities, currencies, and bank accounts and research payment discrepancies and unapplied cash. In addition, this role will also be trained on other accounting operations areas including travel and expense within Concur, accounts payable, and sales order reviews to sales orders flowing from Salesforce to NetSuite to identify and resolve errors before they create downstream billing, revenue, or accounting issues. The role combines traditional accounts receivable responsibilities with broader accounting, reconciliation, month-end close, and process-improvement activities.
