Finance Operations Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Finance Operations Lead based in India. The Finance Operations Lead will own the operational finance processes supporting real estate development and construction projects.You will sit at the intersection of finance, construction, lending, insurance, and treasury, ensuring capital moves efficiently and accurately.The role carries end-to-end ownership of project draw management across multiple lenders and active developments.You will maintain strong lender relationships, monitor debt and insurance obligations, and provide clear visibility into upcoming funding requirements.Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will identify risks early and help prevent funding or cashflow disruptions.This is a hands-on role suited to someone highly organized, financially astute, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.You will have significant ownership over the systems, processes, and reporting that keep development finance running smoothly.
