Deal Operations Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Deal Operations Manager based in Germany. This is an opportunity to shape and scale deal operations within a growing, fully remote environment.You will own workflows that make commercial deals faster, clearer, and easier to execute across the quote-to-cash lifecycle.The role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Deal Strategy, Systems, Customer Success, and Product teams.You will support complex deal construction, including multi-year, expansion, multi-product, ramped, and non-standard agreements.You will also help turn pricing, packaging, and new product decisions into practical processes and CPQ workflows.With a strong focus on data, quality, automation, and continuous improvement, your work will reduce downstream errors and rework.The role offers broad cross-functional exposure and the opportunity to build scalable commercial processes in an international team.
