Field Support Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Field Support Specialist based in the United States. This is a hands-on technical role supporting the successful installation, startup, and operation of lighting control systems.You will work directly in the field, troubleshooting systems and providing end-user training to ensure reliable performance.The role combines technical expertise, customer service, and project coordination in a highly mobile environment.You will interpret lighting plans, floor plans, and project specifications to identify issues and ensure installations meet requirements.As a trusted technical resource, you will support internal teams, customers, contractors, and other stakeholders on complex field applications.The position offers significant autonomy and exposure to diverse projects, with approximately 90% travel from Monday through Friday.Candidates ideally located in Texas will support projects primarily across Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, and surrounding areas.
