Field Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Field Engineer based in the United States. The Field Engineer will provide advanced technical leadership supporting the reliable operation and quality of broadcast systems across assigned sites in Montana and surrounding areas.You will oversee installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of sophisticated broadcast equipment and infrastructure.The role combines deep expertise in broadcast electronics, Radio Frequency (RF) systems, networking, microwave technologies, and Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite solutions.You will serve as a senior technical resource, resolving complex issues down to the component level while mentoring junior broadcast engineers and collaborating with internal and contract engineering teams.The position also carries significant responsibility for Federal Communications Commission (FCC) compliance, safety, site reliability, documentation, and emergency response.Regular field presence will be required, including quarterly transmitter-site visits, critical repairs, remote installations, and specialized ...
