The Role We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead Pearl’s Agentic Products team — the group defining what autonomous AI looks like inside dental practices. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has built agentic systems themselves, knows where they break, and can guide a team of senior engineers building production agents that reason, act, and integrate across clinical and operational workflows.
