Electrical Engineer, High Voltage

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Electrical Engineer, High Voltage based in the United States. This role leads the technical execution of high-voltage and medium-voltage electrical systems across utility-scale solar and battery energy storage projects.You will own critical engineering decisions from early development and interconnection through financing, construction, commissioning, and operations.The position combines substation and collection system design, power system studies, field troubleshooting, testing, and reliability engineering.You will work closely with EPCs, engineering firms, utilities, ISOs, vendors, and internal teams to deliver safe, compliant, and cost-effective infrastructure.A key part of the role is diagnosing complex system events and turning root-cause findings into targeted upgrades, retrofits, and performance improvements.This is an opportunity to influence the reliability and operational performance of a growing portfolio of renewable energy and storage assets.
