About the Position The Designer I is an entry-level role focused on building discipline fundamentals through hands-on Revit modeling, coordination, and documentation while learning TEECOM’s workflows, tools, and standards that support coordinated construction document delivery across TEECOM disciplines. You’ll be paired with an engineering mentor and contribute to project delivery while collaborating closely with production staff to strengthen discipline knowledge, coordination awareness, and delivery consistency. Under clear guidance, you’ll prepare Revit models, update drawings, assist with reports and calculations, take meeting notes, and support coordination activities that help keep projects aligned and moving forward. You’ll participate in structured training journeys, shadow senior consultants, and gain hands-on exposure to Telecom/ICT, Audiovisual, Security, Acoustics, Network, Wi-Fi, and other technology disciplines as applicable, as you build discipline knowledge. This position reflects foundational technical development, a strong learning mindset, and disciplined production and documentation habits.
