We're looking for a Design Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for Vanta’s Design organization. This is a senior individual contributor role on the Technical Recruiting team. You’ll be the go-to expert for design talent: someone who knows the market deeply, can assess portfolios with credibility, and creates the kind of candidate experience that earns a “yes” from people with options. You’ll partner closely with our Head of Design and design leadership to shape hiring strategy, define and calibrate assessments, represent Vanta’s talent brand in the market, and close top-tier design talent in highly competitive environments.
