Customer Success Partner

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Success Partner based in India. This role is responsible for supporting the growth and retention of a portfolio of strategic healthcare accounts in partnership with a Strategic Customer Success Partner. You will help manage the full customer lifecycle, from day-to-day program management to long-term account strategy and expansion. The position combines relationship management, consultative selling, customer advocacy, and commercial growth. You will build trusted relationships with decision-makers and influencers while identifying opportunities to introduce additional products and services. Through strategic account planning and regular business reviews, you will help customers achieve their goals and maximize the value of their screening programs. This is a collaborative, technology-enabled environment where strong communication, analytical thinking, and commercial judgment are essential.
