Customer Success Manager, MM/ENT

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Success Manager, MM/ENT based in the United States. This is a remote customer success leadership role focused on helping mid-market and enterprise customers achieve measurable value throughout their customer journey. You will manage a portfolio of approximately 40 accounts, building trusted relationships with stakeholders and aligning solutions with their business objectives. The role spans onboarding, adoption, customer health, optimization, renewals, and expansion, giving you broad ownership of the customer lifecycle. You will combine relationship management with data-driven insights to identify challenges, uncover opportunities, and proactively improve customer outcomes. Success requires a consultative mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work comfortably across customer-facing and internal teams.
