Customer Marketing Manager (Contract-to-Hire)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager (Contract-to-Hire) based in United States. As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will help existing customers unlock more value from an evolving B2B SaaS platform, turning new capabilities into adoption, expansion, and stronger retention. You’ll play a key role in the product release process, translating product marketing positioning into clear, customer-facing communications and programs. The role combines customer insight, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, campaign execution, and commercial strategy. You’ll work closely with Product Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Demand Generation, Content, Web, Design, and Email teams to bring programs from idea to execution. Success is measured by customer adoption, expansion opportunities, and retention rather than campaign volume alone. This is an execution-focused opportunity for a hands-on marketer who can connect customer needs, product capabilities, and measurable business outcomes.
