THE ROLE 👋 OakNorth is scaling fast. We need a Design Manager who can hold brand integrity and output velocity at the same time, and who sees AI as the operating model, not an add-on. This is a hybrid manager + IC role. You’ll lead a team of three in India, but you’ll also be in the work, setting the taste bar by example, designing the highest-stakes pieces yourself, and running critique with the authority that only comes from still doing the craft. This role drives the visual expression of OakNorth across every surface a customer, prospect, saver, or partner touches before they meet the product: brand, website, campaigns, collateral, ads, sales enablement, and event design.
