Coordenador de Merchandising

This role offers the opportunity to lead field merchandising operations and directly influence execution, availability, and brand visibility across key retail channels. You will coordinate supervisors and promoters, developing high-performing teams and ensuring consistent execution at points of sale. Your work will be closely connected to sales performance, product availability, shelf share, promotional compliance, and the achievement of Perfect Store KPIs. You will use field insights and performance data to identify opportunities and translate them into practical action plans. The position requires strong collaboration with commercial teams, customers, agencies, and operations to deliver an excellent retail experience. You will play an important role in reducing stockouts, strengthening in-store presence, and supporting sustainable business growth.
