Content moderator - EdTech

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Content Moderator – EdTech based in the United States. This is a mission-driven opportunity to help protect students by reviewing potentially harmful online activity identified by AI-powered safety technology. You will combine careful content analysis, contextual judgment, and crisis-response skills to distinguish everyday student behavior from situations requiring urgent intervention. Working remotely, you will monitor a live alert queue and help ensure high-risk incidents are assessed and escalated within strict response times. Your work will provide school safety teams with the context they need to respond effectively to potential self-harm, suicide, violence, and other serious risks. The role sits at the intersection of technology, education, digital safety, and human judgment.
