Business Development Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Development Manager based in Croatia. As a Business Development Manager, you’ll lead and develop a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), with direct responsibility for pipeline growth and sales performance. You’ll combine hands-on people leadership with data-driven decision-making to help the team achieve ambitious targets. Working closely with Marketing and Revenue Operations, you’ll shape lead-generation strategies and improve the processes that support Account Executive success. You’ll coach team members, identify development opportunities, and create clear paths for career progression. The environment is fast-moving and fully remote, requiring strong communication, adaptability, and a high level of ownership.
