The Assurance Acquisition & Integration Director will lead the evaluation and integration of acquired assurance practices, ensuring a consistent and effective transition into a broader professional services organization. Reporting to the Managing Partner of National Assurance Operations, this strategic leadership role oversees due diligence, operational assessments, risk evaluation, and post-acquisition integration planning. You will work closely with national and regional assurance leaders, acquired firm teams, and cross-functional departments to identify gaps and coordinate solutions. The position combines technical assurance expertise with project leadership, change management, and workforce planning.
