Associate Staff Engineer, Workday integrations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate Staff Engineer, Workday Integrations based in India. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of complex Workday integration solutions across a broad enterprise ecosystem. You will design, develop, deploy, and support integrations connecting Workday with critical third-party and downstream platforms. You will work across Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Extend, and SOAP/REST web services. The role also combines integration engineering with automation, AI capabilities, reporting, security, and production support. You will collaborate closely with functional Workday teams to translate business needs into scalable and maintainable technical solutions. As a technical leader, you will contribute to design decisions, mentor through peer reviews, and help drive quality and operational excellence. You will also play an important role in Workday release readiness and the continuous improvement of the integration landscape.
