ABOUT THE ROLE The Health Services Associate Manager role is responsible for assisting to drive commercial success through one or more of Hinge Health’s health plan and pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) relationships. This individual helps the team develop and executes strategies that build and close out pipeline opportunities through assigned channel partners. In addition, the Associate Manager works cross functionally within Hinge Health to ensure operational excellence of the assigned partners. A week in the life of a Health Services Manager includes meeting with external and internal partners, managing the day-to-day relationships with our carriers partnerships teams and facilitating conversations between partner account executives and Hinge Health regional sales teams. Working hard internally to prepare and attend key meetings that drive other strategic initiatives forward. The ideal candidate has worked with or for health plans and/or PMBs during their career and understands our partners’ business models and market dynamics.
