Our partner is looking for an Associate Director, Customer Onboarding, Implementation & Training based in the United States. This role leads onboarding, implementation, and training initiatives for higher education partners using enrollment and recruitment solutions.You’ll guide new customers from the transition out of sales through successful product adoption and long-term engagement.The position combines customer success, project management, instructional design, and enablement in a highly collaborative environment.You’ll design tailored implementation plans and create engaging learning experiences for diverse higher education audiences.Your work will help institutions better leverage technology to address admissions, recruitment, and enrollment challenges.You’ll also turn customer feedback and insights into stronger training programs, adoption strategies, and experiences.This is an opportunity to make a measurable impact while working across Sales, Product, Go-to-Market, and Customer Success teams.
