Application Support Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Application Support Analyst based in United States. This role provides critical technical support for proprietary and custom applications used across business and operational teams.You’ll investigate production incidents, troubleshoot complex application issues, and implement effective fixes or workarounds.The position combines application support with data extraction, reporting, and analytical responsibilities based on business needs.You’ll work across databases, middleware, web servers, operating systems, and Java-based applications to identify root causes.The role also contributes to system reliability by monitoring production performance, supporting upgrades, and managing incidents through resolution.As a senior member of the team, you’ll share technical knowledge, mentor junior colleagues, and help strengthen production processes.The position includes participation in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends.
