ABOUT THE TEAM The Growth team is responsible for helping millions of users discover the value of ChatGPT and seamlessly access our paid experiences. We build the mobile experiences that drive activation, conversion, and retention across our subscription products. Our work sits at the intersection of product, design, engineering, and experimentation. We own critical user journeys including upgrade surfaces, purchase experiences, subscription management, and the end-to-end experiences that help users get the most value from ChatGPT. As an Android Engineer on Growth, you'll help shape how users experience and engage with ChatGPT's paid offerings on one of our most important platforms. ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for an Android engineer who enjoys building polished consumer experiences and using data to improve them over time. You'll develop the mobile surfaces that power subscription growth, including upsells, upgrade prompts, purchase flows, entitlement experiences, and other high-impact product initiatives.
