Analista de Gestão de Mudanças

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Gestão de Mudanças based in Brazil. This is an opportunity to play a central role in the governance and control of technology changes across systems, infrastructure, and IT services. You will manage the Change Management process end to end, helping ensure that changes are implemented safely, consistently, and in line with ITIL best practices. The role combines operational control, risk assessment, stakeholder coordination, and continuous process improvement. You will organize Change Advisory Board meetings, monitor implementations, manage emergency changes, and analyze post-implementation outcomes. Your work will directly contribute to technology stability, security, compliance, and service reliability.
