IT Systems Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a IT Systems Engineer based in India. This is a senior technical role focused on designing, managing, and securing complex IT infrastructures across multiple client environments.You’ll act as a strategic technical consultant as well as a final escalation point for high-impact infrastructure and security issues.The role combines hands-on expertise across Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization, networking, backup, and disaster recovery.You’ll lead major infrastructure projects, including server and cloud migrations, network transformations, and technology upgrades.You’ll also proactively optimize environments, strengthen security standards, and help maintain reliable, high-performing systems.Success in this position requires strong technical ownership, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt quickly to different client environments.You’ll work in a client-focused, managed IT services environment where your technical decisions have a direct business impact.
