You will work closely with dispatchers, drivers, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear and timely communication. The role combines customer support, problem-solving, logistics coordination, and technology in a fully remote setting. You will use transportation management systems and internal communication tools to investigate issues and identify effective solutions.
