Account Director

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Account Director based in Italy. This role offers the opportunity to lead and grow a portfolio of strategically important enterprise customers within a global creative services environment. You will own the customer relationship from initial scoping through delivery, renewal, and expansion, combining strategic account leadership with commercial growth. The position sits at the intersection of customer strategy, operational execution, and long-term partnership development. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, cross-functional delivery teams, and creative and operational partners to turn business objectives into scalable programs. Success will involve strengthening retention, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring consistently high-quality delivery.
