THE OPPORTUNITY:
As our Workplace Experience & People Engagement Manager, you’ll shape the day-to-day moments that make work feel smooth, welcoming, and worth showing up for - from their first day to their everyday office moments and company-wide gatherings.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and evolve our employee experience initiatives across workplace, engagement, wellness, and community, creating experiences that help people connect, collaborate, and do their best work.
- Lead day-to-day workplace operations, including vendor management, facilities coordination, office services, and clear service standards that keep things running reliably and at a high bar.
- Build scalable ways of working (templates, checklists, playbooks, self-service guides) that reduce friction, increase consistency, and make it easy for teams to get what they need.
- Manage key onboarding and offboarding workplace touchpoints, including office introductions, welcome moments, equipment/access coordination with partners, and thoughtful “start and finish” experiences.
- Plan and deliver company events and engagement moments (from all-hands to team events), balancing strong operational execution with a warm, hospitality-led approach.
- Partner closely with People, IT, Finance, and regional stakeholders to align on standards, policies, budgets, and continuous improvements — using feedback and data to prioritise what matters most.
- Act as a culture ambassador in how you show up and lead: communicating clearly, and creating the conditions for teams to thrive together.
- The role is Office-based role due to its nature.
YOUR PROFILE:
- You have 3+ years of experience in workplace experience, office management, hospitality, events, or people engagement roles, with ownership over end-to-end operations or programmes.
- You bring a strong service mindset and you care about details — without losing sight of what actually makes an experience great.
- You’re highly organised and calm under pressure, able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders with structure, clarity, and follow-through.
- You think in scalable systems: you create processes, playbooks, and clear standards rather than relying on one-off heroics.
- You’re comfortable using workplace technology (and AI to
