Workforce Tax Manager

This role offers the opportunity to advise multinational organizations on complex, cross-border workforce mobility and tax matters. You’ll help clients navigate expatriate tax compliance, international assignments, tax equalization, and evolving global mobility requirements. Working within a collaborative team of problem solvers, you’ll contribute to engagements from strategy through execution while building trusted client relationships. The position combines technical expertise, consulting, team leadership, and technology-enabled solutions. You’ll use data, automation, and digital tools to improve client outcomes and engagement efficiency. You’ll also coach team members, manage diverse perspectives, and help develop practical recommendations for complex business challenges. This is a full-time hybrid opportunity based in San Jose.
